Rick J. Mitchell earned his J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2001, where he was a two-time member of the Dean’s List. Since then, he has built a distinguished legal career, gaining recognition as a "Top Attorney" in Fort Worth Magazine, 360 West Magazine, and Southlake Style. Rick began his private practice in 2001 after clerking and interning for a trial attorney in Tulsa, Oklahoma. With over two decades of experience, he has participated in both jury and non-jury trials across a wide range of legal areas, including family law, personal injury, civil litigation, medical malpractice, insurance bad faith, and probate. Rick is an expert at handling high-asset divorces, complex jurisdictional issues, and modifications, while still actively litigating civil matters.
