Rick J. Mitchell earned his J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2001, where he was a two-time member of the Dean’s list. From the start, Attorney Mitchell’s rich and diverse background makes him an irreplaceable part of our team. He began his own private practice in 2001 after clerking and interning for a trial attorney in a wide range of legal areas (including civil litigation, family law, insurance bad faith, medical malpractice, probate, and general practice). Rick is the senior litigator at the Law Offices of Mitchell M. Childress and handles the most complex family law cases for us. He is also well respected amongst the Tarrant County bar community.
